    Hello, everyone!  I am agraduate of The Culinary Institute of America and have been an executive chef for the past 20 years. As a child, I spent summers in Spain, England and France, traveling with my parents and being influenced by the different sites, people and flavors he encountered. I owned an eclectic American restaurant for five years, where I was able to perfect my own style of cooking. I was Executive chef of a large Bergen county New Jersey hotel and a very prestigious Bernardsville country club -- as well as several other restaurants. In the spring, I can be found deep in the forests and mountains of north Jersey hunting for the rare morel mushrooms!
