Media Technology Overview
At Marion P Thomas, our Digital media and design is a blend of technology and content. The course will use digital photography to help students learn and apply the basic elements of art and the principles of design. The seven basic elements of photographic art: line, shape, form, texture, color, size, and depth. As a photographic artist, your knowledge and awareness of these different elements can be vital to the success of your composition and help convey the meaning of your photograph.
Our student team provides coverage of school athletic events as well as school productions. Upon graduation from our three year program our students are prepared to work anywhere from weddings or on a film set. Students also learn post production skills to ensure excellent pictures every time.
